1. Overview

Listify Studios (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides digital products, including but not limited to Canva templates, downloadable files, and optional AI-assisted design services. By accessing or purchasing from listifystudios.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold are digital. No physical items are shipped.

Upon purchase, you will receive access to:

  • A downloadable PDF and/or

  • Links to editable Canva templates and/or

  • Digital assets delivered electronically

Delivery is considered complete once access is provided.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

  • User error

  • Software incompatibility

  • Dissatisfaction with design style

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Accidental purchases

You are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase.

4. Canva Requirement

Some products require a Canva account. A free Canva account is sufficient unless otherwise stated. Listify Studios is not affiliated with Canva and is not responsible for Canva’s platform performance, pricing, or changes.

5. License & Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use purchased products for:

  • Personal use

  • Your own business

  • Client work (end-use only)

You may:

  • Edit templates for your own products

  • Use templates in listings for platforms like Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute templates or files

  • Claim templates as your own design

  • Include templates in bundles, courses, or memberships

  • Share Canva links publicly or privately

  • Use templates to create competing products

Violation results in immediate license termination without refund.

6. AI-Generated & Lifestyle Image Services

If you purchase AI-assisted or custom image services:

  • Results are subjective and style-based

  • Minor imperfections may occur

  • No guarantee of platform approval (Amazon, Etsy, Meta, etc.)

Watermarked previews may be provided prior to final delivery. Once final assets are delivered, the order is complete.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including templates, designs, layouts, text, branding, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Listify Studios and protected under copyright law.

Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Listify Studios shall not be liable for:

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost profits

  • Listing suspensions

  • Platform penalties

  • Business interruptions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Increased sales

  • Higher conversion rates

  • Platform approvals

  • SEO or ranking improvements

Results depend on many external factors beyond our control.

10. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • How you use the templates

  • Compliance with marketplace rules

  • Accuracy of product claims

  • Legal compliance in your jurisdiction

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Listify Studios operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
