License & Usage Rights

1. License Grant

When you purchase a product from Listify Studios, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product under the terms below.

You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Listify Studios.

2. Permitted Uses

You MAY use Listify Studios products for:

  • Your own business listings (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc.)

  • Client work where the final output is delivered as a flattened image or finished listing

  • Editing templates to fit your own products

  • Commercial use for selling your own physical or digital products

You may use the templates repeatedly only for your own brand or end clients, not for redistribution.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

  • Resell, sublicense, share, gift, or redistribute templates or files

  • Share Canva links (publicly or privately)

  • Claim the designs as your own

  • Include templates in:

     

    • Template bundles

    • Courses

    • Memberships

    • Coaching programs

    • SaaS tools

     

  • Use templates to create competing products

  • Upload templates to any third-party marketplace or asset library

  • Use templates for print-on-demand mockup resale

If someone can extract or reuse the template itself, you are violating the license.

4. Client Work Clarification

You MAY use templates for client projects only if:

  • The client receives a final image or listing

  • The client does not receive editable files or Canva access

  • The template itself is not transferred

If your business model involves delivering editable assets, this license does not cover that use.

5. One User Per License

Each purchase grants a license for one individual or one business entity.

Employees, contractors, VAs, or collaborators may not access the templates unless:

  • They are working under your direct control, AND

  • The templates are not copied, duplicated, or reused outside your business

6. No Transfer or Assignment

Licenses may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person, brand, or company.

Selling your business does not transfer this license.

7. Enforcement & Termination

Any violation of these terms results in:

  • Immediate termination of your license

  • Revocation of access

  • No refunds

  • Potential legal action for copyright infringement

Listify Studios actively monitors misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, layouts, and assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Listify Studios, protected by copyright law.

Purchase does not grant ownership.

9. Modifications

Listify Studios reserves the right to update this License & Usage Rights policy at any time. Continued use of purchased products constitutes acceptance of updates.
