Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Listify Studios are digital products. Once access is delivered, the sale is complete.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. No Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Lack of Canva familiarity

  • Software or platform incompatibility

  • Dissatisfaction with design style

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Failure to use the product

  • Marketplace rejection or listing suspension

  • Claims of “not what I expected”

You are responsible for verifying product details before purchase.

3. Digital Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered successful once:

  • Download access is provided, or

  • A Canva link is delivered, or

  • Digital files are made available electronically

Failure to open, download, or use the files does not constitute non-delivery.

4. Duplicate Purchases

Duplicate purchases made by the same customer are not refundable.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital products.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in:

  • Immediate license termination

  • Revocation of access

  • Evidence submission to the payment processor

6. Technical Issues

f you experience technical issues accessing your files, contact ListifyStudiosNYC@gmail.com.

We will assist with access but this does not constitute a refund obligation.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, deny access, or block future purchases in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

8. Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
