FAQ

  1. Do I need a Canva account?

Yes. A free Canva account is required to access and edit the templates.

  2. Will you email me the link to the templates?

Yes. You receive a private Canva link for the exact templates you purchased. In Canva, go to File → Make a copy. Store your copy in your Canva account and edit freely.

  3. Do the templates include product images?

No. The templates contain layout, design, and structure only. Product images are not included.

  4. What if I don’t like the AI lifestyle images you generate?

You’ll review watermarked proofs first. If you don’t approve them, you are refunded. Only approved images are delivered without a watermark.

  5. How many product images should I send for AI lifestyle images?

As many as possible. More angles, lighting, and backgrounds lead to more accurate lifestyle results.

  6. Are these templates beginner-friendly if I’m not a designer?

They’re intentionally built for sellers with zero design skills. The layouts, fonts, and spacing are already done. You only replace text and images.

  7. What if I run into Canva issues or something doesn’t work?

Most problems come from browser cache, outdated Canva versions, or using the mobile app instead of desktop. Clear cache, switch browsers, and open on desktop first.

  8. Can I change fonts, colors, and layout?

Yes. Everything is editable. You can also save your brand colors and apply them across all pages for consistent branding.

  9. Do I need the paid Canva plan?

No. Everything you’re purchasing is compatible with Canva Free.

  10. Will these templates match Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, or Walmart requirements?

Yes. They are formatted to work across major ecommerce platforms. You’re responsible for checking the most recent listing size requirements for your specific marketplace.

  11. Can I reuse the templates for multiple products?

Yes. You’re buying reusable assets designed to cover your entire catalog, not just a single listing.

  12. Are the templates already sized for product images?

Yes. All product-image frames are set to 3000×3000 pixels, which matches the dominant requirement across Amazon and Shopify and avoids fuzzy resolution on zoom.

  13. What if I need a different size?

Message us and we’ll deliver the adjusted dimensions.
